One wrong move and the alien's scary scream will send you running. Players take turns following the instructions to remove the alien's various body parts. The goal is to get them out without triggering its flashing eyes and primal scream. Only those with a steady hand will win. For a little outer-space fun with your friends, be careful where you land in this game board. You will receive instructions as you draw Autopsy cards or Alien cards.
